What is contra dancing?
Contra dancing is a caller-led social dance that is a modern descendant of American square dance and English, Scottish, and French country dance. It’s also a great way to connect with new people while getting some aerobic exercise to live music! Our dance uses non-gendered roles and frequently welcomes new dancers from surrounding communities and nearby colleges.
